Easily prepared, GATOSPORT can be stored overnight for breakfast or frozen for your next competition.

• Mix the whole of the tin (400 g) with about 250 ml of water and stir to a smooth consistency. Bake in a pre-heated oven (180-200°C, 365-392°F, Gas mark 4-5) for about 30 to 40 minutes.
• Eat 1/3 to 1/2 a cake slowly, by finishing about 1 hour before the start of the effort. The remaining portions can be frozen (Never freeze a derosted product).
• Constitutes the entire breakfast.
• GATOSPORT should be eaten on its own or eventually with a small cup of tea or coffee (without milk) as it provides all the necessary energy before your effort.
